Christy R. Reed

Christy R. Reed, 41, of West Monroe, NY passed away Thursday morning following her battle with Covid.  Although Covid appeared to have won this battle, in death Christy received the ultimate healing and has entered eternal life with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Born in Syracuse, Christy was a graduate from Paul V. Moore High School, was well known where she worked at Advance Auto.  She also loved cosmetology and working with arts and crafts.  Every holiday she poured her heart and soul into decorating and making the occasions extra special.  Christy was a devout Christian and had a loving heart for others wishing the best for them.  Christy was pre-deceased by her brother Terry Jr. who passed away in 2009.

Christy is survived by her son Ian Attle; her parents, Terry and Mary Reed; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and her many beloved friends.

Visitation will be held 4-6pm Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Watson Funeral Home, 631 S. Main St., Central Square, NY with services immediately following.

Private burial is in Lakeside Cemetery, Bernhards Bay, NY

Contributions may be made in her honor to her family for a college fund for Ian.
