Helene J. (Green) Tyrrell

Helene J. Green Tyrrell, 89, of Bernhards Bay, New York passed away peacefully on Monday, July 17, 2023 with family at her side. 

Born in Crown Point, New York, the daughter of the late Henry and Myrtle Odell Green. Helene was an active member of Cleveland Methodist Church in Cleveland, New York. She was a life member of the Oswego County Ladies Auxiliary, and enjoyed camping fishing and hummingbirds. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas J. Tyrrell who died in 2014.

Surviving are a daughter, Arlene (Russell) Raymond; sons; Bill (Donna) Tyrrell, Tom (Kiki) Tyrrell, Chuck (Debbie) Tyrrell and Mel (Fay) Tyrrell; sister; Ella Smith;  ten grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Special friends: Shirley Harper, Donna and Tom Dunn and her beloved feline friend, Princess.

Funeral services will be 11:30am on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Cleveland United Methodist Church, 73 Bridge Street, Cleveland, New York. Burial will be in Lakeside Rural Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4:00 - 7:00pm on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Watson Funeral Home, 631 S. Main Street, Central Square, New York.
