Herman Lyle Morey

Herman Morey, 77, of Mallory, NY passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019 at his home, with his loving family by his side.

Herm enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting and fishing with his dogs at his side, and taking his daily drives around the block, He was devoted to his farm life, day in and day out, for the past 68 years. Every day he would tell anyone who would listen a story or a joke just to see them smile. He was the man who would always give his shirt of his back.

Herm was predeceased by his wife Mary, of 24 years, in 2010; mother Dorothy; father Raymond; and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his daughter Lisa LeGrow; son Adam Morey; 5 granddaughters Emily, Michelle, Christina, Alexis and Baylee; brothers Dale (Sue) and Nick (Jean); sister-In-law Genevieve; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Services will beheld on Friday, December 13th, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at Watson Funeral Home, 631 S. Main St., Central Square. Burial will take place in the spring at West Monroe Cemetery. Dates and times to be announced.
