Gerald W. Boughton

Gerald W. (Jerry) Boughton passed away Monday, January 7, 2019, at the age of 78. Born in Syracuse, Jerry lived most of his life in West Monroe.  He was employed by Syracuse Auto Parts.  He was a long-time member of Central Square Community Church.  Jerry’s greatest joys came from spending time with his family and mowing his lawn. He was predeceased by his parents, Gerald J. and Lottie Boughton and his brothers Richard and John.

 Jerry is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carol (Devendorf), his four children Diane Thompson, Janette (Noel) Koperczak, Russell (Janet) Boughton and Valerie (Jeff) Lossman, eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, his sister Marilyn (Chet) Burdick, his sister-in-law Kathy Boughton and many nieces and nephews. 

 Spring Burial Service will be held on Monday, May 20, 2019, at 10:00 am, at West Monroe Cemetery in West Monroe, NY.

 In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Square Community Church Memorial Fund.
