Veronica "Marie" Taskey

Veronica "Marie" Taskey, 67 of Cleveland, NY, passed away on Sunday.  She was a member of St. Bernadettes Church, a past member of the American Legion Post 858 and a past Girl Scout Leader.  She loved animals, gardening and spending time with her only grandson.

She is predeceased by her husband, Jon C. Taskey; her parents, Michael J. and Rita A. Lyons; two sisters, Michaela Weslowski and Gail Vance.

She is survived by her children, Tracy, Jon and Joe Taskey; one grandson, Jesse Cowher; one brother, Michael F. Lyons; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Friday, January 20th, from 4-6PM at Watson Funeral Home, Central Square, NY.  Services will follow at 6PM.  Burial will be private.

Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the CNY SPCA.
