Herbert Emerson

Herbert Emerson, 93, of Central Square, passed away Tuesday, Jan 9, 2018, a the Syracuse VA Hospital.

Born in Yonkers, NY to Walter and Emily Emerson, Herbert lived in Central Square for the last 22 years.  He was a US Veteran who served during WWII, for which he was very proud.

Herbert is predeceased by his parents; three brothers; and two sisters.  He is survived by his loving wife, the former Anna Warzybok; son Herbert J. Emerson of South Dakota; daughter Patricia (John) Emerson-Francey of Syracuse, New York; sister Ruth Gregorio of Johnstown, New York; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

As per his family's request, there will be no calling hours or services.
